Sharjah Crown Prince Receives Complete Quran Recitation

Sharjah, UAE – His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, received renowned Quran reciter Raad Al Kurdi on Monday at the Ruler’s Office. The meeting marked the presentation of a complete recording of the Holy Quran, recited by Al Kurdi, to the Emirate of Sharjah in recognition of its ongoing efforts to serve the Quran and promote its teachings.

During the reception, the Crown Prince praised Raad Al Kurdi for his exceptional recitation and dedication to spreading the Quran. He highlighted that such initiatives reflect both the personal commitment of the reciter and the wider cultural and spiritual focus of Sharjah on preserving and disseminating the Holy Quran. His Highness emphasized that the emirate, under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, continues to actively support Quranic projects and initiatives aimed at promoting the Holy Book across generations.

Raad Al Kurdi expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and the Crown Prince’s support of Quranic efforts, noting that this recognition would encourage him to continue his mission of spreading the Quran’s message and teaching its recitation. He also prayed for divine assistance in his efforts to serve Islam and its sacred text.

The gifted recording includes an audio rendition of all 30 parts of the Holy Quran, representing a significant contribution to Sharjah’s initiatives in supporting religious education and Quranic studies. This project is expected to inspire further Quranic works and encourage the dissemination of the Holy Quran both locally and internationally.
