Sharjah Charity Launches Water Project for 1,000 Families in Tajikistan

Sharjah Charity International (SCI) has started a special project to help 1,000 families living in the rural and hilly areas of Tajikistan. These families face many problems because they don’t have clean drinking water. The charity is building a water network to solve this issue.

This project is part of SCI’s kind efforts during the first 10 days of Dhul-Hijjah, the last month in the Islamic calendar. It is a time when many people do good deeds and help others.

Khaled Hassan Al Ali, who leads projects at SCI, said that they are working on long-term solutions, not just short-term help. “We want to create projects that help people for a long time,” he explained.

He also said that the new water system will give these families stability and meet one of their most important needs. This shows how the UAE continues to care for poor communities and supports world development.

The goal is to make sure people in dry, drought-hit areas can get safe and clean water easily, now and in the future.
