The Sharjah Police confirmed that the child, of Asian nationality, was discovered lifeless within the vehicle, which had been parked outside a school for the duration of the morning.
According to reports, the child's parents had arranged for a female driver to transport their son to and from school. On the fateful day, after arriving at the school premises, everyone disembarked from the vehicle, unaware that the young boy remained inside. Tragically, the driver, failing to conduct a thorough check, locked the car door and departed with her husband.

The Sharjah Police issued a stern warning to residents, highlighting the inherent dangers of entrusting student transportation to unlicensed drivers. Urging parents to prioritize their children's safety, authorities emphasized the importance of utilizing designated school buses equipped with comprehensive security and safety measures. These buses undergo regular monitoring by responsible authorities to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Alternatively, parents were encouraged to personally transport their children to school whenever possible, as this would afford them greater control over their children's safety during transit.
This heartbreaking incident serves as a somber reminder of the critical importance of ensuring proper supervision and safety measures in all aspects of student transportation, ultimately safeguarding the well-being of young learners.
