Under the theme ‘The Journey Begins Again,’ the School of Life initiative, organized by Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, will return to Dubai’s Public Library branches this September. The program aligns with the ‘Back to School’ period and offers a variety of engaging educational workshops and interactive activities aimed at enhancing personal skills and empowering community members.
The initiative will feature over 20 workshops and sessions across several new clubs, including the Family Development Club, Wellness and Nutrition Club, Career Club, and Comics Club, as well as existing ones such as the Cinema Club, Art Club, Chess Club, and Book Club. These activities are designed to develop life and creative skills, focusing on effective communication, time management, etiquette, and self-confidence. They will also address the balance between personal and professional life, and introduce participants to the fine arts, cinema, and Japanese manga.
