His Excellency James Anthony Morse, President of Rabdan Academy, shared his happiness about this big win. He said:
“This certificate shows the academy’s strong promise to always do better in all its work. It is the result of our hard efforts to reach our goals as a top-level learning, training, and research place. We aim to offer a complete and useful learning space that gives real value to our students and partners.”
Morse added that Rabdan Academy is working hard to give its students a great learning experience through its dual learning system. This system mixes classroom learning with hands-on training. The academy teaches important subjects like safety, security, defence, emergency plans, and handling crises, all while meeting the best quality standards.
Winning the EFQM award shows that Rabdan Academy is helping the UAE’s national plans by getting future experts ready for new challenges.
This award also shows the academy’s work in building strong partnerships to improve learning, training, and research, helping the UAE Vision 2071. This vision aims to create a safer and stronger future for the country.
The EFQM review report praised Rabdan Academy for reaching high levels of success in many areas. It praised the academy’s work in bringing new ideas, building partnerships, and improving daily work. The report also noted the academy’s smart use of the RADAR method to keep improving and getting real results.
With the EFQM Certificate, Rabdan Academy plans to grow even more by using digital tools to track progress, adding more ways to measure success, and following top global standards. The academy also plans to invest more in research and new ideas to stay ahead in learning and training.
This award comes after Rabdan Academy’s recent success in the QS Stars global university rating, where it earned a 5-star rating in six areas: education, facilities, jobs, global links, academic growth, and management. The academy improved in four more areas compared to 2022, showing its steady progress.
Rabdan Academy’s EFQM award is a huge step forward. It proves the academy’s role as a top learning center in the UAE, offering high-quality education and new ideas, while helping the country grow stronger.
