Qatar: Real estate deals hit $55.49mln in past week.

In Doha, Qatar, the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice recorded a substantial total value of QR183,391,822 in real estate transactions during the period from March 17 to 21, 2024.

Of this total, the value of real estate sales specifically for residential units amounted to QR19,549,817 within the same timeframe. This information was disclosed in the weekly bulletin released by the Ministry’s Real Estate Registration Department.

The transactions encompassed various types of properties, including vacant land, houses, residential buildings, and residential units. The geographical distribution of sales indicated a concentration in municipalities such as Al Daayen, Doha, Umm Slal, Al Rayyan, Al Khor, Al Dakhira, Al Wakrah, Al Shamal, and Al Sheehaniya. Additionally, significant transactions occurred in prominent areas like The Pearl-Qatar, Dafna 60, and Al Kharayej.

The data underscores the robust activity within Qatar's real estate market, reflecting ongoing interest and investment in residential properties across diverse regions. Such transactions play a vital role in shaping the landscape of Qatar's urban and suburban areas, contributing to the nation's economic growth and development.
