Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, has shared that his father, King Charles, is not speaking to him right now, and he feels like it’s unlikely that he will bring his family back to the UK after losing a court case about his security. In an interview, Harry said that he really wants to fix his relationship with his family, which has been hurt because of a disagreement about security. He mentioned, "There have been so many disagreements between myself and some of my family," but added that he has now "forgiven" them.

"I would love reconciliation with my family. There's no point continuing to fight anymore, life is precious," Harry said. He admitted that the issue over his security has been the main problem in the family’s relationship. He also shared that he doesn’t know how much longer his father has and said it would be nice if they could make peace.
Prince Harry’s security was reduced in 2020 after he and his wife, Meghan Markle, decided to step away from their royal duties. Recently, Harry lost a court case about getting his security back. Harry said he felt "let down" by the decision and called it an unfair situation. He believes that the Royal Household played a role in influencing the decision to remove his security.
In his interview, Harry said, "I'm devastated - not so much about the loss but about the people behind the decision, who feel this is okay." He added that the loss of his security is something that affects him every day, and now he feels that he can only safely return to the UK if the Royal Family invites him. In that case, he would get the security he needs. He also mentioned, "I can’t see a world in which I would bring my wife and children back to the UK at this point."
After Harry's interview, Buckingham Palace released a rare statement. The Palace said that these issues had already been carefully looked into by the courts many times, and the decision had always been the same.
The legal team that supported the ruling also said that it would not be right for Harry to have security paid for by the public, since he is no longer carrying out royal duties.
Harry’s wife, Meghan, and their two children, Archie and Lilibet, have not visited the UK since Harry and Meghan left the Royal Family in 2020 and moved to Los Angeles.
