Komerz India, the Indian arm of UK-based Komerz Global, a leading global distributor specializing in omni-channel commerce solutions, has announced the appointment of Paramjit Singh as its new Managing Director. This strategic move comes as the company deepens its commitment to expanding its presence in the rapidly growing Indian market.
With over 34 years of experience in the beverage and FMCG sector, Paramjit Singh brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic insight, and leadership experience. Over the years, he has held senior positions at some of India’s and the world’s most prominent companies, including Pepsi, UB Group, Shaw Wallace, Whyte Mackey Group Scotland (India), Remy Martin Group France (India), and the Edrington Group Scotland (India), where he notably played a key role in launching and managing super-premium brands.
Komerz India’s Vision and Strategy
Komerz Global entered India earlier this year with a mission to build a full-funnel, creator-powered commerce engine tailored to the unique needs of the Indian market. The company aims to help both established enterprises and emerging brands drive growth through insight-driven storytelling, performance-based partnerships, and scalable technology infrastructure.

Developing a robust, multi-channel distribution network to serve a wide range of product categories, including FMCG, liquor, personal care, home care, and cosmetics.
Ensuring wide geographical reach across India to make Komerz India the most effective route-to-market partner.
Paramjit Singh emphasized his vision for growth:
