Nord Launches AED 500M HENGE Residences in Abu Dhabi

Nord Lifestyle Development, a home building company in Abu Dhabi, has started a new housing project called HENGE Residences. This project will cost AED 500 million and is being built on Saadiyat Island, a special and quiet part of the city. The project is made with the help of HENGE, a famous furniture and design brand from Italy. This is the first time HENGE is working in Abu Dhabi.

The homes will be full of beauty and comfort. The buildings will have ten floors. All the furniture and designs inside the homes will be made by HENGE’s skilled workers. Everything, like tables, chairs, and walls, will be picked and made with care. These homes are made to feel calm, rich, and special.

The homes are just 20 minutes away from Abu Dhabi city center. They are also close to important places like the Saadiyat Cultural District and NYU Abu Dhabi. These homes are in the Marina area of Saadiyat, where life is peaceful and modern.

The project will have 166 homes. There will be small studio rooms and also bigger homes with one, two, or three bedrooms. There will also be two large homes with two floors. Altogether, the project covers more than 400,000 square feet of space. Prices begin from AED 1.1 million for studios. One-bedroom homes start at AED 1.9 million, two-bedroom homes from AED 3.5 million, and three-bedroom homes from AED 4.7 million. People can now buy these homes, and the project will be ready by early 2028.

These homes will have many useful and fun things. There will be full-time security, a sports court, a gym with sauna and steam rooms, swimming pools for both adults and kids, play areas, smart home tools, and helpers for daily needs. The floors and walls will be made using fine things like real marble, strong stone, and good wood. Everything will show fine work and care.

The boss of Nord, Maher Rahabi, said that Saadiyat Island is an important place in Abu Dhabi. He said that working with a top brand like HENGE helps them make homes that are truly different and full of life. He also said this is only the start of Nord’s journey. They want to build homes that feel warm, bold, and full of heart.

He also said Nord wants to help Abu Dhabi grow by building homes that are good for people and nature. They want to make strong, caring places where people love to live. Nord will also start three more new projects before the end of this year.

This is Nord’s first big step into the UAE housing market. Right now, they have AED 342 million in property and hope to make AED 1 billion in the next three years. They build homes that are modern, smart, and full of beauty. Nord is guided by the North Star, which stands for hope and clear goals. With support from Goldfield Holding, Nord wants to help Abu Dhabi grow with better homes and better living.
