Residents without the necessary permits, which include permits to work in the holy sites, residency identification for Mecca, valid Umrah permits, or valid Hajj permits, will be denied entry at security control points leading to Mecca.

Failure to present the required permits will result in residents being turned away at checkpoints, reinforcing the regulations established for the 1445 AH Hajj season.
