Decree No. (58) of 2024 officially appoints Judge Wayne Stewart Martin as the Chief Justice of the DIFC Courts. This decree will come into effect on September 12, 2024, and will be published in the Official Gazette, ensuring legal compliance and transparency. Judge Martin’s appointment signals Dubai’s dedication to maintaining a robust and independent judicial system within the DIFC, further enhancing its reputation as a global legal hub.
