The Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) today announced a significant collaboration with the Society of Engineers - UAE, through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This partnership was formalized at the MBRSC headquarters in Dubai, with notable figures including H.E. Salem Humaid AlMarri, Director General of MBRSC, and H.E. Abdulla Yousef Al Ali, President of the Board of Directors at the Society of Engineers - UAE, both in attendance.
This MoU establishes a framework for both organizations to share knowledge and research in engineering and cooperate on community initiatives. Furthermore, it includes a plan for promoting the Centre’s achievements and activities globally via the Society of Engineers' "World of Engineering" magazine and supports the Centre's participation in conferences and events.

In his statement, H.E. Salem Humaid AlMarri expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, noting that it aims to enhance the exchange of expertise and foster cooperative efforts to support future projects. He emphasized the potential for this partnership to propel both organizations towards their goals and enhance their global presence.
The signing ceremony was followed by a tour of the MBRSC facilities for H.E. Abdulla Yousef Al Ali, who had the opportunity to learn about the Centre’s recent initiatives and achievements. Impressed by the scope of work and the advanced technology in use, H.E. Abdulla Yousef Al Ali highlighted the significance of the MoU in fostering innovation and technology advancement within the UAE. He praised the Centre's pioneering projects, which serve as an inspiration to young engineers and encourage a spirit of creativity and innovation in various engineering disciplines.
The agreement between MBRSC and the Society of Engineers - UAE marks a commitment to a strategic partnership that promises to support ongoing development and strengthen ties between government agencies in the UAE, enhancing their capacity to contribute to the fields of engineering and technology.
