Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli officially welcomed Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim upon his arrival at Cairo International Airport. Ibrahim, leading a high-level delegation, is on a diplomatic visit to Egypt aimed at reinforcing the historic ties between the two countries.
