Mada Media Company's Board of Directors Appoints Mohammed Ali Al Hammadi as CEO

As an important step, His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mada Media Company PJSC, has officially approved the appointment of Mohammed Ali Al Hammadi as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mohammed Ali Al Hammadi has more than 15 years of experience in commercial investment, strategic planning, and leading transformative initiatives both in the public and private sectors. He has a proven track record, having previously served as the Director of Commercial and Investment at Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). There, he played a key role in significant projects, such as the IPOs of Dubai Taxi and Parking companies. Al Hammadi also worked with Emirates NBD, where he managed international investment portfolios and developed tailored investment solutions. Known for his strong leadership and results-driven approach, Al Hammadi has made valuable contributions throughout his career.

His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer commented on the appointment, saying, "We are pleased to announce Mohammed Ali Al Hammadi as the first CEO of Mada Media. His vast leadership experience will be crucial in taking the Company forward. On behalf of the Board, we warmly welcome him and wish him success in this important role."

This approach will enable the Company to meet its core goals and responsibilities as set forth in the relevant laws."

Mada Media Company was formally established by virtue of Law No. (20) of 2024 on 12th September 2024, by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai and Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE. Mada Media Company has been bestowed legal personality with financial independence along with the capability to execute the purpose and realization of its aims.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, also sanctioned the Company's Articles of Association through Executive Council Resolution No. (79) of 2024. Furthermore, Executive Council Resolution No. (80) of 2024 appointed the Board of Directors for Mada Media Company PJSC. These members comprise His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, the chairman; Vice Chairman is Hussain Mohamed Al Banna, with others such as Wesam Alabbas Hussain Lootah, Maryam Obaid Al Mehiri, Mohammad Yousuf Al Mudarreb, Ahmed Hasan Mahboub, Moaza Saeed Al Marri, Shehab Hamad Bushehab, and Saeed Mohammad Al Marri.

The law also states the objectives of Mada Media, which include managing advertising spaces, ensuring they are ready for licensed advertisers, enforcing relevant laws, and fulfilling legal procedures as per the Articles of Association.
