Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, and Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, went to the Formula 1 season finale. The big race, called the 16th Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, happened at Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. Many important leaders and guests joined the event.

Some of the leaders at the event were Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa from Bahrain, Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi from Ras Al Khaimah, Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan from Al Dhafra, and Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan from Al Ain.
Other leaders included Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Many other Sheikhs, ministers, and special guests from all over the world also attended.
Sheikh Khaled Starts the Race
Sheikh Khaled and Sheikh Hamdan started the race after the UAE national anthem was played.
Sheikh Khaled gave a warm welcome to everyone. He said he was happy to see such an exciting event in the UAE. He thanked the people who worked hard to make the race successful.
The Winner is Announced
After the race, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan gave the winner’s trophy to Lando Norris from McLaren. Norris not only won the race but also helped McLaren win the Constructors’ Championship title.
The race had 20 drivers from 10 top teams. It was an exciting end to the season. Sheikh Khaled congratulated all the drivers and thanked the fans for their support.
The 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix showed how the UAE hosts some of the best events in the world.
