Jung Ho Yeon and Lee Dong Hwi Split After 9 Years of Dating

K-drama stars Jung Ho Yeon and Lee Dong Hwi have decided to end their romantic relationship after being together for nine years. Even though they have split up, the two have agreed to remain good friends and continue working together as colleagues in the entertainment world.

On Tuesday, November 26, news of their breakup was shared by South Korean media. Both of their talent agencies confirmed the reports, and in their official statements, they said that Jung Ho Yeon and Lee Dong Hwi will continue to support each other as colleagues and remain on friendly terms.

Jung Ho Yeon, a model who later became an actress, and Lee Dong Hwi, famous for his role in Reply 1988, started dating in 2015. They went public with their relationship the following year in 2016. The couple’s relationship was often talked about in the media, with Lee Dong Hwi being very open about his love for Jung. He would often share how proud he was of her achievements in interviews and TV shows.

Jung Ho Yeon, who gained fame as a top model before acting, also spoke about her relationship.
