Israel has expressed its intent to eradicate Hamas, the governing authority in Gaza, through military operations. This has resulted in substantial Palestinian casualties, with more than 34,000 reported fatalities, including 66 within the past 24 hours alone, as per Gaza's health authorities. The conflict has also led to mass displacement, affecting the majority of Gaza's 2.3 million population and causing extensive damage to infrastructure.
