Dubai is all set to welcome the 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS) 2025, which will officially open tomorrow, Monday, April 14, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event is being organised by the Dubai Land Department and supports the goals of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033. This strategy aims to make Dubai a leading global city for smart and sustainable real estate investments, while also encouraging new ideas and healthy competition in the sector.
A Strong Step Towards the Future
Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at Dubai Land Department and Chairman of the IPS Organizing Committee, shared that this year’s IPS reflects Dubai’s strong commitment to a greener and more connected real estate market. He explained that the exhibition plays a key role in bringing together both local and international investors, helping Dubai grow as a top destination for smart and modern property development.
Global Participation
More than 500 international guests are confirmed to take part in the show. These include delegates from countries such as Ecuador, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Mexico, India, the United States, and Panama. Alongside them, over 300 companies will exhibit their projects and services. Exhibitors will come from the UAE, the US, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Greece, China, Spain, Georgia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.
