IPS 2025 Opens at DWTC to Boost Sustainable Real Estate Investment

Post by: Elena Malik

Dubai is all set to welcome the 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS) 2025, which will officially open tomorrow, Monday, April 14, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event is being organised by the Dubai Land Department and supports the goals of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033. This strategy aims to make Dubai a leading global city for smart and sustainable real estate investments, while also encouraging new ideas and healthy competition in the sector.

A Strong Step Towards the Future

Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at Dubai Land Department and Chairman of the IPS Organizing Committee, shared that this year’s IPS reflects Dubai’s strong commitment to a greener and more connected real estate market. He explained that the exhibition plays a key role in bringing together both local and international investors, helping Dubai grow as a top destination for smart and modern property development.

Global Participation

More than 500 international guests are confirmed to take part in the show. These include delegates from countries such as Ecuador, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Mexico, India, the United States, and Panama. Alongside them, over 300 companies will exhibit their projects and services. Exhibitors will come from the UAE, the US, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Greece, China, Spain, Georgia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.

A Full Three-Day Agenda

The IPS 2025 will run for three days and will include many different activities, discussions, and networking opportunities under five key topics:

  • Real Estate
  • Future Cities
  • Startups & Property Technology (PropTech)
  • Design
  • Real Estate Services

In addition to the exhibition, the event will host several special forums such as:

  • The IPS Main Conference
  • IPS Women’s Conference
  • Institutional Investors Conference

These forums will feature workshops, expert talks, one-on-one advisory sessions, and presentations by major real estate developers. There will also be special zones including country pavilions, an investor zone, and a competition for startups and PropTech companies.

Focus on Business and Innovation

Several agreements and partnerships (known as memoranda of understanding) are expected to be signed during the event. These will help companies and investors work together and grow their businesses in Dubai and beyond.

IPS 2025 is shaping up to be a key event that supports Dubai’s vision for a smarter, greener, and more connected future in the real estate world.
