The deal, formalized at the Abu Dhabi Investment Forum (ADIF) in New York, aims to create seamless pathways for startups to grow across continents.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) sets the stage for reciprocal access between the UAE and New Jersey’s innovation ecosystems. Through joint programming, market visits, and curated introductions to investors, regulators, and corporates, startups from both regions will benefit from soft-landing support designed to accelerate their global ambitions.

Founders can now explore new customer bases, tap into capital opportunities, and gain expertise tailored to their growth needs. Ahmad Ali Alwan, CEO of Hub71, noted that this collaboration is part of the ecosystem’s broader vision to support founders in scaling internationally while encouraging knowledge and talent exchange.
