Hamdan bin Mohammed approves AED 277M in performance bonuses for Dubai Govt staff

Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, has approved the distribution of AED 277 million in performance-based bonuses for civilian employees of Dubai Government entities. These bonuses will be given to eligible employees who meet the specific performance criteria set by the government.

This initiative comes as a recognition of the remarkable achievements Dubai has made over the past year. It reflects the strong performance of government departments, which has helped boost the emirate's competitiveness on the global stage.
