Dubai is set to host the fourth edition of the Dubai Future Forum, the world’s largest gathering of futurists, bringing together more than 200 speakers and 2,500 participants from over 100 global institutions. Organized by the Dubai Future Foundation at the iconic Museum of the Future, the two-day forum will explore the most powerful forces shaping humanity’s future through 70+ keynotes, panels, and interactive experiences.

The event spans five core themes — Exploring the Unknown, Empowering Societies, Reimagining Health, Optimising Systems, and Foresight Insights — providing a holistic look at innovation, human progress, and societal transformation.

Immersive Technology at the Forefront

This year, participants will experience AI-driven and XR-powered activations, including virtual and augmented reality sessions, offering a first-hand look at technological frontiers. Interactive installations such as Future Botanica and Aura Forest blend digital nature with physical space, while VR experiences like The Art of Change and Keepers of the Forest explore identity, memory, and traditional knowledge.

Day 1 Highlights

The forum opens with a keynote by Khalfan Belhoul, CEO of Dubai Future Foundation, setting the stage for discussions on global foresight and human progress. Sessions include “Building a Regenerative Society,” “Governance for the Long Term,” and debates on decoding human consciousness, global R&D collaboration, and anticipating the future of healthcare. Parallel panels examine cultural, social, and economic trends, including consumer behavior in 2035 and ocean innovation. The day concludes with the Dubai Future Solutions – Prototypes for Humanity Awards, celebrating pioneering solutions for global challenges.

Day 2 Highlights

Day two focuses on cities, nature, and creativity, opening with Marwan Bin Ghalita on people-centric urban futures. Keynotes like “A Future with Nature” highlight human creativity as a tool for wonder and sustainability. Thematic discussions emphasize collaborative foresight, youth engagement, and designing inclusive futures. Workshops cover scenario planning, citizen foresight, and storytelling to empower societies.

Innovation Meets Recognition

Alongside the forum, Dubai Future Solutions 2025 will showcase the top 100 innovations from over 3,000 global submissions, with five projects selected for further development. The inaugural Dubai Foresight Awards will honor changemakers, people-focused innovators, and planetary solutions, while the Future Stories Awards highlight authors shaping the next generation of futurists. For the first time, a dedicated Book Corner will host launches and signings, celebrating foresight literature worldwide.

Learning Days

Prior to the forum, Learning Days on 17 and 20 November will dive into topics including global security, strategic philanthropy, wearable technologies, urban resilience, and the future of media, connecting research with practical foresight applications.

With its mix of cutting-edge discussions, immersive experiences, and global talent, Dubai Future Forum 2025 promises not just to predict the future, but to shape it.
