The ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas, which began almost seven months ago, has taken a heavy toll on the Gaza Strip, as reported by the health ministry in the region. On Tuesday, the ministry provided an update on the devastating impact of the war, stating that the death toll in Gaza has now exceeded 34,500 people. This figure includes at least 47 individuals who lost their lives within the past 24 hours alone. Furthermore, the ministry reported that a staggering 77,704 people have been wounded since the conflict erupted on October 7th. The continuous violence and casualties underscore the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza and the urgent need for a resolution to the conflict.
