ENOC Group, a prominent global energy entity entirely owned by the Government of Dubai, has capitalized on Commvault's advanced AI-driven platforms to overhaul both its on-premises and cloud infrastructure. This strategic move aims to bolster operational efficiency, trim overhead costs, and fortify business continuity across its extensive network. Teaming up with Commvault, renowned for its cyber resilience and data protection solutions, ENOC Group has successfully deployed cutting-edge hybrid cloud security and data protection systems. These initiatives target critical cybersecurity concerns, simplify data safeguarding processes, and curtail the risks and expenses associated with managing intricate information environments.

By consolidating backup and recovery solutions through Commvault Cloud HyperScale X and Commvault Cloud Backup & Recovery for Microsoft 365 into a unified platform, ENOC Group has significantly expedited data restoration processes. This streamlined approach has slashed the time required to restore its ERP database for 220 fuel stations by a staggering 67%, from 14 to 16 hours down to just four hours. Consequently, operational expenses have been markedly reduced, while storage capacity has doubled, ensuring seamless operations and mitigating the likelihood of system failures.

To safeguard the operations of its extensive network of fuel stations, ENOC Group leveraged Commvault Cloud HyperScale X's integrated solutions for high-performance backup, recovery, and enhanced protection against cyber threats and data breaches. This move has streamlined hybrid cloud data management, curbing supply chain disruptions and fortifying business continuity.

Through the deployment of Commvault Cloud HyperScale X™, ENOC Group ensures the uninterrupted supply of fuel across various sites. Automating backup and recovery processes has resulted in an 88% faster system recovery, minimizing downtime and freeing up 66% of IT personnel's time from routine hardware management tasks.

Additionally, ENOC Group realized a 40% reduction in operational expenses (OPEX) by harnessing SaaS cyber resilience solutions built in the cloud. Commvault Cloud Backup & Recovery for Microsoft 365 safeguards data copies from ransomware attacks and accidental deletion or tampering, mitigating potential business impacts. The deployment of AI-supported offerings from Commvault continues to safeguard ENOC Group's critical digital assets, including 1PB of backend data, 100+ applications, and 12 database clusters, among others.
