Al Zarooni's contribution is part of the Mothers’ Endowment campaign initiated by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. This campaign aims to establish a Dh1 billion endowment fund to provide sustainable education support globally, while also reviving the culture of endowments as a development tool.

The campaign promotes values such as honoring parents, kindness, compassion, and community solidarity, contributing to the UAE's humanitarian leadership. It encourages community participation through accessible channels and allows donations in honor of mothers, recognizing their pivotal role in nurturing families and supporting children's education.
