Emirates Airline has introduced a new A380 livery designed to spotlight the work of the Emirates Airline Foundation, which has been dedicated to improving the lives of children worldwide. This eye-catching livery, inspired by the playful elements of the Foundation's logo, features pastel stars in light green, warm orange, baby blue, and soft pink across the fuselage. The bold message, “Help to support children in need,” is prominently displayed, while the engine cowls are painted in a warm orange hue, symbolizing hope for a better future for the Foundation’s beneficiaries.
The aircraft will embark on its journey to Johannesburg, South Africa, where the Foundation supports significant projects aimed at assisting vulnerable children. Operating under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman & Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group, the Emirates Airline Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to providing humanitarian aid and essential services to children globally. Its mission is to make a meaningful, sustainable impact in the communities it serves through various projects.
Over the past two decades, the Foundation has supported over 50 projects in partnership with numerous NGOs and community-based organizations. These initiatives focus on critical needs such as safe housing, food, medical care, and educational empowerment for children, regardless of their background or location. Contributions to these projects are funded through generous donations from Emirates customers, donors, and employees.
