Emirates and Condor have announced a new reciprocal codeshare partnership, set to commence in October 2024, pending government approvals. This agreement will allow for seamless connections and expanded travel choices for Emirates customers on Condor-operated flights. Passengers will benefit from easier travel to popular destinations such as Majorca and the Canary Islands, as well as international locations in North, Central, and South America and the Caribbean.
As part of this expanded partnership, Condor will place their marketing code “DE” on Emirates-operated flights beyond Dubai. This will offer Condor customers new travel options to various unique destinations across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and the Indian subcontinent. The activation of this codeshare agreement will coincide with the launch of Condor's Berlin-Dubai route this October.

The agreement was signed by Adnan Kazim, Emirates Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, and Peter Gerber, CEO of Condor, during the IATA Annual General Meeting in Dubai. The signing ceremony was attended by executive management teams from both airlines.
Adnan Kazim expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “We are pleased to further strengthen our partnership with Condor, one of the most popular leisure airlines in Germany. This will offer their customers greater access and strong connection opportunities to unique destinations in our network. They will also enjoy Emirates’ signature in-flight service and hospitality throughout their journey from Dubai.”
Peter Gerber added, “Partnering with Emirates, one of the world’s leading airlines, is an important strategic milestone for Condor and our customers. We are happy to offer seamless and better connectivity by intensifying our existing interline partnership to a codeshare. Our guests will have a larger choice of flights to even more destinations and will benefit from the best of both airlines on all flights.”
In November 2023, Emirates and Condor entered a reciprocal interline agreement, enhancing connectivity for customers on 70 routes operated by both airlines across Europe, Africa, Asia, Australasia, and the Middle East. This agreement provided customers with a single ticket fare and a hassle-free baggage policy. The two carriers also signed a frequent flyer program agreement, enabling Emirates Skywards members to earn and redeem miles on all Condor-operated flights.
