Elite Group Holding, a well-known UAE-based company, has signed an agreement to build a large 1 million square foot automotive facility at Dubai Industrial City. This project, worth AED 100 million, will help grow the automotive and e-commerce sectors and shows Elite Group Holding’s focus on innovation in its businesses.
The agreement was signed at Dubai Industrial City, a major manufacturing and logistics hub under TECOM Group PJSC. Important people at the event included Saud Abu Alshawareb, Executive Vice President of Industrial at TECOM Group, and Tamer Abu Khalaf, Partner of Elite Group Holding. The facility is planned to open by mid-2026.
This new facility will serve both local and international customers. Elite Group Holding owns several companies, including The Elite Cars, a luxury car dealership that works with brands like Zenvo Automotive, Jetour, and SOUEAST. Other companies under the group are ZRT Contracting and ART Elite Car Rental, showing its wide range of businesses.

Saud Abu Alshawareb said, “The automotive industry is bringing more jobs, investments, and growth. Elite Group Holding’s project shows the strong confidence in the UAE’s business environment. This facility will improve the automotive and e-commerce sectors, helping the economy and supporting national goals like Operation 300bn, Make it in the Emirates, and Dubai Economic Agenda ‘D33.’”
Tamer Abu Khalaf added, “This project is a big step for us. Building this facility in Dubai Industrial City fits with our goal to lead and innovate in industries of the future. The new facility will focus on efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. We plan to expand our dealership networks, open new branches, and bring more premium car brands to the UAE. We are also promoting eco-friendly options like electric and hybrid cars and improving our digital services. Joining Dubai Industrial City gives us great infrastructure and a chance to grow sustainably.”
Dubai Industrial City’s location is a big advantage for Elite Group Holding’s facility. It is close to Al Maktoum International Airport, Jebel Ali Port, Etihad Rail’s freight terminal, and major highways. This makes it easy to connect with different markets and operate efficiently.
For over 20 years, Dubai Industrial City has supported the manufacturing and logistics industries. It is home to more than 1,100 companies and 350 factories. The hub offers modern infrastructure, including land, storage, and logistics spaces, while focusing on saving resources and reducing waste.
This project by Elite Group Holding will strengthen its role in industries of the future. It aligns with the UAE’s economic goals and highlights Dubai Industrial City’s role as a leader in innovation and industrial growth
