Egypt to Open First Education Center for Special Needs Children

Egypt will soon open its first big school for children with special needs and disabilities. This school is part of the Educational Life Path project. The Administrative Capital Company is building the school with help from a company in Britain. The goal is to set up similar schools in other parts of Egypt later.

Dr. Maya Morsi, Egypt’s Minister of Social Solidarity, met with Eng. Khaled Mahmoud Abbas, the head of the Administrative Capital Company. They had the meeting at the Ministry’s offices in the New Administrative Capital. Other important people from the Ministry were also there.

They talked about how the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Administrative Capital Company can work together to make the Educational Life Path project successful. Dr. Morsi said the goal is to make sure children with disabilities have the same chances as other children. This includes creating a place where they can learn and take part in society like everyone else.

They also talked about building the new school with the best standards. The school will train teachers and staff to work with children who have special needs. The aim is for this school to be a model for other schools in Egypt. They also talked about how the school will get the support it needs to be successful.
