Edamah Unveils Five-Star Tivoli Residences at Bilaj Al Jazayer

Manama, Bahrain Edamah, the real estate company of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding, has announced the launch of Tivoli Residences. This new waterfront property is part of the Bilaj Al Jazayer project and is set to become one of the top places to live in Bahrain. It mixes modern design with beautiful coastal views.

Tivoli Residences is located in the center of Bilaj Al Jazayer, a huge area covering over one million square meters with a three-kilometer beach. The development will offer many services for residents, such as 24-hour security, concierge help, gyms, and places to eat and shop.

Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairman of Edamah, said that the Tivoli Residences is a big step in making Bilaj Al Jazayer a top place to live in Bahrain. He added, "Tivoli Residences shows our plan to create high-quality projects that meet people’s needs and help Bahrain grow. Bilaj Al Jazayer is a great example of how we can create world-class projects that attract attention from both Bahrain and other countries."

The project will also be close to two luxury hotels, the five-star Tivoli and the four-star Avani, which are expected to open in 2026. There will also be the Bahrain Surf Park, the first of its kind in the region. This park will use new technology for surfing and is expected to attract 300,000 visitors every year. The park will also have restaurants, shops, and event spaces.

Sales for Tivoli Residences will start at Cityscape Bahrain 2024, from November 26 to 30. Visitors can see the property and book their units during the event.
