The new facility will cover approximately 23,000 square meters and is designed to accommodate a storage capacity of 75,000 pallets. Expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2025, this facility is engineered to manage spare parts of various sizes and will utilize data-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency. This approach is set to optimize shipment flows, ensuring swift turnaround times for logistics operations.

Mohsen Ahmad, CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South, expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “We are pleased to witness the groundbreaking of INDU Kishore Logistics’ new facility, which will significantly contribute to the logistics sector and our portfolio of leading logistics companies. At Dubai South, we are dedicated to supporting the government’s vision of establishing Dubai as a global logistics hub. Our commitment to assist INDU Kishore Logistics in its expansion efforts is unwavering, and we look forward to the successful completion of this facility.”

Kush Lakhani, Managing Partner at INDU Kishore Logistics, highlighted the strategic importance of the investment, noting, “At INDU, we have long embraced Dubai’s visionary approach of ‘Build It and They Will Come.’ This investment comes in response to increasing demand in the automotive and aerospace sectors. With the expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport, we believe the timing is ideal, and we are grateful for the trust and support extended by the Dubai South team in bringing this project to life.”

Dubai South’s Logistics District represents the pinnacle of logistical innovation within a sophisticated infrastructure network, providing top-tier services and operations. It boasts seamless access to Jebel Ali Port via a bonded logistics corridor and includes various zones that facilitate direct access to the cargo terminals at Al Maktoum International Airport, as well as the fully dedicated e-commerce free zone, EZDubai, and a Contract Logistics Zone. This strategic positioning is set to further enhance the capabilities and reach of logistics services in the region.
