Dubai South and Indu Kishore Logistics Launch New Logistics Facility

Dubai South, the largest integrated urban development specializing in aviation, logistics, and real estate, has officially commenced construction on a new logistics facility in collaboration with INDU Kishore Logistics. This groundbreaking event, held at Dubai South’s Logistics District, signifies a pivotal step in the expansion plans of INDU Kishore Logistics, which aims to establish itself as a leader across multiple logistics sectors.

The ceremony featured key figures such as AbdulBasit AlMarzouqi, Deputy CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South, and Kishore Lakhani, Chairman of INDU Group, alongside senior executives from both organizations.

The new facility will cover approximately 23,000 square meters and is designed to accommodate a storage capacity of 75,000 pallets. Expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2025, this facility is engineered to manage spare parts of various sizes and will utilize data-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency. This approach is set to optimize shipment flows, ensuring swift turnaround times for logistics operations.

Mohsen Ahmad, CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South, expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “We are pleased to witness the groundbreaking of INDU Kishore Logistics’ new facility, which will significantly contribute to the logistics sector and our portfolio of leading logistics companies.
