Dubai Public Prosecution (DPP) and e& Enterprise have formalized a strategic partnership by signing an agreement aimed at implementing an advanced, centralized digital system. This system is intended to revolutionize remote investigation and litigation procedures within Dubai's legal framework.

Under this agreement, the DPP will spearhead the operation of an innovative platform from a centralized hub. This platform will integrate seamlessly with the existing systems of key stakeholders such as Dubai Courts, Dubai Police, and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).

This initiative aligns with Dubai's commitment to continually enhance and modernize its judicial system to meet global standards. It reflects the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, who aims to elevate Dubai's judicial services to be the fastest and most efficient globally.

He highlighted the platform's intelligent integration, enabling efficient coordination among stakeholders and rapid decision-making processes.

Moreover, bin Khatam stressed the pivotal role of this digital system in expediting judicial procedures while enhancing data collection and statistical analysis. The centralized operations hub will facilitate seamless scheduling of appointments for investigations and court proceedings, ensuring effective coordination among all involved parties.

He further elaborated on the ongoing progress of the project, emphasizing the strategic partnerships and state-of-the-art facilities being established. Dr. Ali Humaid bin Khatam affirmed the commitment to completing the project by 2026, underscoring its potential to bolster the efficiency and resilience of Dubai's legal system.

Salvador Anglada echoed the sentiment of collaboration, expressing e& Enterprise's dedication to supporting Dubai Public Prosecution's digital transformation. He emphasized leveraging innovative technology to enhance operational capabilities and improve the overall quality and accessibility of legal services.

The centralized digital system will offer a unified platform for remote investigation and litigation, featuring centralized storage, archival capabilities, and remote interview scheduling across various locations. It aims to foster enhanced communication among stakeholders while upholding stringent confidentiality standards.

Overall, this partnership signifies a significant stride towards realizing a more accessible, efficient, and progressive legal framework in Dubai, underpinned by advanced digital infrastructure and collaborative efforts between public and private entities.
