To support this plan, DLD signed an agreement with four top building companies in Dubai. These companies are Danube Properties, Imtiaz Developments, MAG Lifestyle Development, and Fakhruddin Properties.

The head of DLD, Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, signed two deals with Rizwan Sajan, the boss of Danube Group, and Masih Imtiaz, the boss of Imtiaz Developments. Also, Majida Ali Rashid, another leader at DLD, signed deals with Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah from MAG and Youssef Fakhruddin from Fakhruddin Properties.

This work is part of a big goal called Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033. The idea is to make sure government people and private companies work like a team. This will help Dubai grow, make the market stable, and bring in more business and people from other countries to invest.

Marwan Bin Ghalita said that buildings and land are very important for Dubai’s future. He said private companies are doing a good job and are always ready to bring in new ideas. He said this new teamwork is a big step to help more people invest and to make Dubai even better for living, working, and visiting.

He also said this work will show how much real estate companies believe in Dubai. It will also help show all the different types of buildings in the city like homes, shops, hotels, schools, factories, and offices for tech companies.

Majida Ali Rashid said this will bring more money into the city and make Dubai strong in the world market. She said DLD will help by sharing useful information, holding events in other countries, and putting Dubai real estate news on social media to reach more people.

As part of the agreement, the building companies will share clear and true details about their projects, such as prices, finish dates, and payment options. They will also give special offers to buyers from other countries like easy payment and other benefits, all following the rules made by DLD.

This group work will help grow the real estate market and make Dubai a top choice for people who want to invest in buildings or find a home.
