The main goal of this event was to build stronger relationships between Dubai and other countries, including India, which is an important partner in real estate investment. Dubai’s Land Department plans to promote real estate investment in many cities across the world. The event in New Delhi was part of this global plan.

The Dubai delegation at the event included Majida Ali Rashid, Majid Al Marri, Khalifa Al Zeriem Al Suwaidi, and Mohammed Yahya. They gave a detailed presentation about the real estate market in Dubai, showing why it is a great place for investors to put their money. They explained the many opportunities in Dubai’s real estate market and how the city is ready for future growth.

During the visit, the delegation talked about new ideas in city planning, changes to rules that make it easier to do business, and how digital services are helping investors. They also mentioned how important the relationship between Dubai and India is, and how both sides are working together to bring in more investment.

This event also links to Dubai's Real Estate Strategy 2033, which aims to make Dubai one of the top three cities in the world for real estate investment. This strategy is based on transparency, efficiency, and using the latest technology. These efforts are helping build trust with investors from all around the world.

Dubai Land Department also talked about new digital projects. For example, Dubai is the first place in the region to use blockchain technology for property registration. Other projects include the AI-powered Smart Rental Index, which helps track rent prices, and the Dubai REST app that makes it easier for people to find and rent properties. These new ideas help make the process of buying or renting property faster and more efficient.

Majida Ali Rashid spoke about how the ‘Dubai Real Estate Connect’ event in New Delhi is a great way for Dubai to open new doors for cooperation with India. She also mentioned how much the ‘She Pioneers’ program, which highlights women in real estate, was appreciated by people in India. This program helped Dubai Land Department gain an invitation to honor women who are leading India’s real estate market.

Majid Al Marri explained that the ‘Dubai Real Estate Connect’ event was not just about promoting Dubai. He said it was a chance to strengthen ties between Dubai and India and create new partnerships. Dubai is ready to attract more international investors and showcase its advantages as a top place for real estate investment. The goal is to learn from India’s innovation and work together for long-term growth.

Through events like this, Dubai aims to continue growing its real estate market, bring in more investment, and show the world that it is the best place for property investment and innovation.
