Dubai Developer Unveils $17M Palm Villa, Targets 100 Sales by 2030

25 Degrees, a new entrant in Dubai's luxury real estate scene, spearheaded by international entrepreneur and investor David von Rosen, has announced its presence with the launch of a $16.9 million villa on Palm Jumeirah. The debut property is part of von Rosen's ambitious plan to sell 100 high-end homes by 2030, tapping into the burgeoning demand from ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Having injected over AED 500 million ($136 million) of his personal capital into 25 Degrees, von Rosen aims to address the growing influx of affluent individuals relocating to Dubai, particularly from Europe and the United States. The developer, named after Dubai's latitudinal location, will specialize in both renovating existing properties and developing new builds for sale.

In a strategic move, 25 Degrees has partnered with Sotheby’s International Realty to market its inaugural project. The first completed property, a 5,800 sq ft private beach villa, was unveiled in January 2024. The developer's future projects include two larger private beach villas spanning 10,500 square feet each.

Collaborating with real estate project management experts Carter Hones Associates, 25 Degrees emphasizes a commitment to quality. The developer has also teamed up with renowned local architects and interior designers to ensure a premium offering. The debut luxury villa showcases imported furniture and fittings from prestigious European brands, as well as premium stones sourced from Italy, Greece, and Brazil.

In a Dubai real estate market experiencing a surge in luxury home demand, 25 Degrees stands out by focusing on mature, attractive communities with existing infrastructure, starting with Palm Jumeirah. Despite the city's rapid property market growth, the company aims to avoid locations surrounded by heavy construction for the foreseeable future.

While Palm Jumeirah serves as the initial focus, von Rosen envisions swift expansion to other key locations in Dubai, aligning with the goal of selling 100 properties by 2030. This strategic move aligns with the notable influx of millionaires to the UAE, making it an increasingly desirable destination for the ultra-wealthy.
