Dar Global closes 2024 with 10 major project launches across 5 countries

In Spain, the company launched Marea Interiors by Missoni, a $108 million gated community in the famous Finca Cortesin area. This project mixes luxury living with Missoni’s unique style.

In Qatar, Dar Global started The Weekend 2 by Elie Saab, a $75 million project on Qetifan Island North. This place offers fancy homes and fun facilities for residents. Oman also has big plans from Dar Global. The Trump International Hotel & Trump Cliff Villas is a $495 million development spread across 3.5 million square meters. The Trump Golf Villas, worth $40 million, are located 130 meters above the Muscat Riviera, offering amazing views and high-end living.

Other projects in Oman include The Great Escape 2, a $70 million residential community in Aida, Muscat, and the Marriott Residences, a $100 million beachfront property. These show Dar Global’s focus on providing top-quality homes in popular locations.
