Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Makes Official Visit to AI Singapore

His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, recently visited AI Singapore, a key initiative focused on enhancing Singapore's artificial intelligence capabilities. The program aims to advance AI technologies and build a robust ecosystem for innovation and development in this crucial sector.

During his visit, Sheikh Khaled engaged with the executive management team of AI Singapore, receiving a comprehensive briefing on the program's various efforts and initiatives. AI Singapore is dedicated to supporting research institutions, startups, and specialized organizations in the development of AI products and solutions. A significant emphasis is placed on cultivating local talent to ensure a sustainable and integrated AI ecosystem within the country.

Highlighting the importance of international collaboration, Sheikh Khaled stressed the need for strengthening ties between Singaporean institutions and AI organizations in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. Accompanying Sheikh Khaled on this significant visit were several high-profile officials, including His Excellency Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State; His Excellency Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority; and His Excellency Faisal Abdulaziz Al Bannai, Adviser to the UAE President for Strategic Research and Advanced Technology Affairs. Other dignitaries included His Excellency Dr. Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili, Chairman of the Department of Community Development; His Excellency Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport; His Excellency Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development; His Excellency Ahmed Tamim Al Kuttab, Chairman of the Department of Government Enablement; His Excellency Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council; and His Excellency Jamal Abdulla Al Suwaidi, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Singapore.
