The police outlined the charges against Stronach, including rape, indecent assault on a female, sexual assaults, and forcible confinement. They urged the public to step forward with any pertinent information.
Following his arrest, Stronach, the founder of Canada's Magna International, was released under certain conditions. He is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton at a later date. Stronach's legal representative vehemently denied all allegations, expressing his client's eagerness to counter the charges and uphold his reputation as a philanthropist and a prominent figure in the Canadian business landscape.
While Magna International stated they were unaware of the ongoing investigation or the accusations leveled against Stronach beyond media reports, they clarified that Stronach hasn't been associated with the company since relinquishing control in 2010.
