Aldanah village established in the Eastern province by Saudi Arabia's Roshn

Roshn Group, a gigaproject owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), revealed the launch of ALDANAH on Wednesday, marking its sixth integrated community, second in the Eastern Province, and the first in Dhahran.

Covering an expanse of over 1.7 million square meters, ALDANAH will encompass more than 2,500 housing villas and duplexes, accommodating nearly 10,000 residents, according to the developer's press statement.

The community is set to include a city experience center, a district mall, three neighborhood retail centers, a primary healthcare center, mosques, and six schools.

In line with Roshn's sustainability objectives, the Aldanah units will integrate modern insulation utilizing ultra-low U-value concrete, 250-liter solar water heaters, and highly efficient air-conditioning systems, surpassing energy-saving standards mandated by the Saudi Building Code. Additionally, 10 percent of the project's total area will be dedicated to urban green spaces.
