Abu Dhabi Housing Authority Expands Services with ISKAN Branch in Al Dhafra

The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) has officially inaugurated a new ISKAN Abu Dhabi branch in Zayed City, Al Dhafra Region. This new facility is designed to enhance customer experience and satisfaction by providing more accessible services to UAE Nationals.

The newly established branch offers a comprehensive range of services including housing grants, loans, exemptions, residential land purchases, and housing benefits exchanges. Operating hours for the branch are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and on Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Additionally, beneficiaries have the option to apply for housing services via the ISKAN Abu Dhabi app, which provides full access to ADHA's services digitally.

H.E. Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi, Director General of ADHA, commented on the opening: “The establishment of the ISKAN Abu Dhabi branch in Al Dhafra is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery to citizens in the region. This new branch aims to simplify access to housing benefits and improve the overall customer journey, supporting our mission to elevate customer satisfaction with housing services throughout the emirate.”
