The Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority have forged a strategic partnership aimed at bolstering the training and development of national talents within the emirate's security and safety sectors. This collaboration underscores a concerted effort to advance Emiratisation goals, ensuring that more Emirati job seekers are equipped with the necessary skills and opportunities to contribute meaningfully to their community.

As part of this initiative, the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi will leverage its comprehensive training and counseling programs to benefit over 600 individuals seeking employment. These programs are designed to enhance participants' competencies and readiness for roles within the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority and similar sectors. The partnership emphasizes not only skills development but also the facilitation of job placements, ensuring that qualified candidates are connected with suitable positions that align with their abilities and career aspirations.
