Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, recently hosted a delegation from the Sharjah Falconers Club’s Board of Directors at the Ruler’s Office. The delegation, led by Mohammed Khalifa Al Badwawi, Chairman of the Sharjah Falconers Club, was received warmly by the Deputy Ruler.
During the meeting, Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem praised the club for its significant contributions to falconry and its role in preserving this important aspect of cultural heritage. He emphasized the club’s efforts in advancing the sport and reinforcing Sharjah's status as a leading center for sports development.
Sheikh Abdullah commended the club's board for their outstanding achievements, particularly noting the success of Falconer Rashid Saeed Bin Saroud Al Mansoori, who won first place in the President’s Cup Falcon in the Professional Category for the 2023–2024 season. This accomplishment highlights the club’s prominence in the UAE’s falconry community.
