The teacher accepted bribes to falsify exam results for his subject, unjustly raising students' grades. This misconduct undermines the integrity of the education sector in the UAE and raises serious concerns about the credibility of academic assessments.
The case was brought to light following a comprehensive investigation initiated by the Public Prosecution, which uncovered substantial evidence of the teacher's unethical behavior. The matter was subsequently referred to a specialized criminal court for further proceedings.
Moreover, the Federal Public Prosecution is currently investigating several other cases related to cheating and disruptions within the examination system, highlighting ongoing concerns about academic integrity in educational institutions.
